Request for Mediation

INTRODUCTION

Mediation is a non-binding process for resolving disputes between parties in conflict.  In a mediation, a non-biased third party, the mediator, will assist parties in creating a mutually agreeable solution to their conflict.

The mediator has NO AUTHORITY to force a resolution to a dispute. All parties must agree to particiate in a mediation, and any party may terminate the mediation process at any time.

If parties are unable to agree to mediate a dispute, or if the mediation process fails at any point, the parties may consider submitting a request for arbitration.
